Being in the real estate business for over twenty-five years allows me to have a perspective that the "deal" needs to make sense from many different angles for both buyers and sellers of real estate. I try to fairly negotiate the transaction for both sides and am passionate about providing my clients with market information to make informed decisions.
As a principal/owner of Bee Cave Realty, I provide both selling and buying services to relocation clients and to Austinites. In addition to my broker's license, I have my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and am recognized as earning the "Elite 25" designation for the year 2006.

I started my real estate career running a business that specialized in the marketing and selling of distinctive riverfront homes and ranches throughout Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. Today my focus is high end residential property and ranches in central Texas. My number one goal is to protect my clients interest in order to assist them in realizing the best return on their real estate investments.
