When I started Bee Cave Realty, my goal was not to become the biggest real estate company in the community, only the best, one client at a time. I was doing so by providing neighbors and newcomers in the community alike with a level of professional, one-to-one service not found with any ordinary real estate professional or company. I enjoy connecting with people and sharing our passion for the Austin area with others. Being in the real estate business for over twenty-five years allows me to have a perspective that the "deal" needs to make sense from many different angles for both buyers and sellers of real estate. I try to fairly negotiate the transaction for both sides and am passionate about providing my clients with market information to make informed decisions.
As a principal/owner of Bee Cave Realty, I provide both selling and buying services to relocation clients and to Austinites. In addition to my broker's license, I have my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and am recognized as earning the "Elite 25" designation for the year 2006.
